Sant’Agata Bolognese/New York, NY, 5 March 2018
Stefano Domenicali, Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of Automobili Lamborghini, received an award from La Scuola d’Italia in New York, the prestigious institution championing Italian heritage in the USA.
The traditional gala Annual Benefit Dinner, the major fundraising event of La Scuola, took place at the city landmark Cipriani Wall Street at the presence of Italian authorities, such as the Italian Ambassador in the US, the Italian Consul in New York City and some of the most prominent Italian Corporations and Banks. Some of the past honorees include Isabella Rossellini, Maestro Luciano Pavarotti, Prima Ballerina Alessandra Ferri, and Mauro Porcini, Chief Design Officer of PepsiCo.
La Scuola d’Italia “Guglielmo Marconi” is a unique English-Italian bilingual and bicultural Pre-K through high school educational institution reflecting and building upon the best features of the Italian and American educational systems, deeply rooted in the European classical tradition. Its programs foster intellectual stimulation and personal growth, on top of being open to innovation and to new technologies. This ethic perfectly matches Automobili Lamborghini’s core values and ongoing pursuit of excellence.
